How It Works

Senior Home Care USA removes the risk and headache associated with finding the right caregivers by providing pre-screened and fully qualified candidates.

We use a simple three step process, that includes a complete background check, drug screening, and careful assessment of professional experience.

Our Process

• Complete and submit our online Caregiver Request form so that we understand your requirements.

• Upon receipt of your Caregiver Request, we will begin our search and provide referrals for Caregivers who match your requirements.

• You negotiate directly with the Caregivers, to finalize specific duties and fees, thus resulting in typically significant savings as compared to the traditional “staffing agency” process.

To GET STARTED, simply complete our online Caregiver Request, download and complete our one page Referral Agreement, and mail it with the retainer fee of $125.00.  Upon hiring of a referred Caregiver, mail a placement fee equivalent to 20% of the first month’s salary.
